Morpheus 8, FaceTite or surgery to improve possible dog ear deformity?

Good day, I have what I believe to be "dogs ears" under my chin as a result of a single incision plastymaplasty. N Surgeon had recommended this procedure as I didn't want to use botox in the bands. However, I now have "flaps" of skin that hang. He suggested if they do not continue to improve we can try Morpheus 8 or FaceTite, however I am concerned these could create more scar tissue based upon my research. I am very self conscious. Thank you for your thoughts.
