I’m 23, male, do not have any overbite/underbite, but I’m looking to enhance my lower thirds of the face to be more chiseled and masculine. Will chin implant be better for me or a sliding genioplasty? Budget is not an issue for me but I’m worried about the risk of nerve damage. I also want to make my jawline more masculine. Will genioplasty make my jawline more masculine? If I want to add jaw implants later on, will genioplasty be compatible with it?
