Can I have a surgery to make my chin smaller? (photo)

This is a hard angle to make judgements on. A profile photo would give a little more clarity on the issue, but a chin reduction is always possible. You could have a genioplasty to move the chin segment backwards, or, if you are not looking for something too drastic, even shaving down the bone a bit in the front might be able to achieve the look you desire.
