Hi! I am 35 years, 5'6", 124 pounds. I have never liked my weak chin but I finally paid off student loans and have the money to do something about it. Unhappy with saggy neck skin and weak chin. Should I be researching sliding genioplasty, mini face lift or neck lift, etc? Any guidance greatly appreciated <3
