Hello LauradskiIt seems like the main problem is that chin is located behind the upper jaw. In that case mentoplasty would be a good choice. You can either choose to have an implant or sliding genioplasty. Both have pros and cons. But your jowl area and midface looks pretty good. I see no reason to have face lift but if you think about having transcutaneus implant genioplasty same incision can be used to stretch your neck by plicating both platysma muscles together in the midline. By having forwardly placed chin and streched neck muscles you can have a better chin jowl and neck shape.
