I cannot afford both at the same time. So do I get the upper n lower bleph or rhinoplasty first? The goal is to look as pretty as possible. Which should I do first? I know I need both bleph and rhino but I keep going back n forth on what one to prioritize. Again. I can’t do both at this time.

Answer: Rhinoplasty first and then blepharoplasty I recommend doing a rhinoplasty first. A rhinoplasty will give a dramatic improvement in your appearance. The blepharoplasty will give you a moderate improvement.

Answer: Eyelids or nose You will get differing opinions differing on what surgeons like doing. To me it’s a toss up. I would decide live the pros snd cons and let you decide.
