I cannot afford both at the same time. So do I get the upper n lower bleph or rhinoplasty first? The goal is to look as pretty as possible. Which should I do first? I know I need both bleph and rhino but I keep going back n forth on what one to prioritize. Again. I can’t do both at this time.
Answer: Rhinoplasty is best reserved for those having severe dissatisfaction with the appearance of their noses. I believe that you are pretty as you are right now. You do not appear to have a distracting nasal appearance at all. Your upper eyelids appear to be a bit heavy, and you appear to have a pleasing under eye appearance. If you feel as though your eyelids are giving you a tired appearance, please consider meeting with several reputable facial plastic surgeons to discuss blepharoplasty surgery. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Pretty as possible Thanks for your question! The answer to your question comes down to timing. If you're wanting to have both surgeries within the same 6 months I would suggest doing the Blepharoplasty first. This is because the swelling of the eyes is usually resolved within the first six weeks post op. If you do the nose first you're looking at potentially three to six months of residual swelling to the lower eye area. Make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in facial surgeries. Best of Luck!

Answer: Rhinoplasty first and then blepharoplasty I recommend doing a rhinoplasty first. A rhinoplasty will give a dramatic improvement in your appearance. The blepharoplasty will give you a moderate improvement. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Rhinoplasty or Eyelid Surgery First Based on what you've shared and your photos, you're a good candidate for both rhinoplasty and upper/lower blepharoplasty. When deciding which to prioritize, it often makes sense to start with the procedure you're either more in need of or most excited about. That said, there’s a slight advantage to doing the rhinoplasty first, as it typically takes longer to see the final result. So, if you’re aiming to achieve the finished look of both procedures within a certain time frame, starting with the one that has a longer recovery timeline—like rhinoplasty—might be the better approach.
