Upper & lower bleph or rhinoplasty first? Goal is to look as pretty as possible (Photos)

I believe that you are pretty as you are right now. You do not appear to have a distracting nasal appearance at all. Your upper eyelids appear to be a bit heavy, and you appear to have a pleasing under eye appearance. The answer to your question comes down to timing. If you're wanting to have both surgeries within the same 6 months I would suggest doing the Blepharoplasty first. This is because the swelling of the eyes is usually resolved within the first six weeks post op. If you do the nose first you're looking at potentially three to six months of residual swelling to the lower eye area. Make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in facial surgeries.

I recommend doing a rhinoplasty first. A rhinoplasty will give a dramatic improvement in your appearance. The blepharoplasty will give you a moderate improvement.

Hello and thank you for your question. The order is up to you, but I think I rhinoplasty could be a nice starting place based on your photographs. You may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It is a personal choice which procedure comes first. It would be cheaper to do them under one anesthesia with one recovery. Remember, you're gonna have two weeks of visible bruising and swelling from your eyelids, and another two weeks of bruising and swelling from your nose. A full set of facial photographs all angles would be best in order to make a better decision for you. From just the limited three frontal photographs, it appears at your upper lids are showing your age, and an upper blepharoplasty alone can be done under anesthesia and outpatient procedure. An upper eyelid surgery would probably give you the most bang for your buck, with minimal downtime

From a purely logistical perspective, an upper blepharoplasty in the office under local anesthesia will perhaps have good impact at reasonable price.
Upper eyelit blepharoplasty surgery is a little more straightforward and predictable compared to lower eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty surgery.
As a general statement, provider selection is the most important variable for just about all plastic surgery procedures.
There will be some correlation between price and skill.
This is not however, universal.
There are plenty of plastic surgeons who have average skill sets, but charge high prices. There are also very talented plastic surgeons with charge reasonable or average prices.
