Is it possible to have a breast augmentation and wisdom tooth removal in one go?

I have a wisdom tooth that needs to be removed and I also want my boobs done. So I’m wondering is it possible to have knock them out together

Certainly, it would be easy to have a breast augmentation and a removal of a wisdom tooth done at the same time. It would also be beneficial to you to only have one recovery from 2 operations.  My only thought would be,  it may be difficult to find a dentist who would come into the operating room to remove your wisdom tooth before or after you have your breast augmentation. If you can clear that hurdle, it would seem to be a very good idea.

You are asking if oral surgery can be done at the same time as a breast augmentation since you need a wisdom tooth removed. 
It is possible to do them at the same time but highly inadvisable. The reason being that manipulations in the oral cavity can seed the bloodstream with bacteria. You would be doing this at the same time that you are putting in a prosthetic device, the implant. This can lead to bacterial contamination of the surgical site. This increases your chance of developing a capsular contracture.
You are better off doing one at a time and in fact should consider taking prophylactic antibiotics after your augmentation for a few days after teeth cleaning or oral surgery to limit the possible effects.

Dental work typically involves transient bacteremia as bleeding during the procedure exposes the blood stream to oral flora.

This transient bacteremia poses a risk to the implants. Thus, the 2 should not be combined.

As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Very interesting question but the risk of bacterial seating in your bloodstream from oral surgery specifically wisdom tooth removal could cause postoperative breast capsule formation, breast implant infection. I would recommend separating these surgeries by at least two weeks. Nice try though.
