Hi! I feel like I am borderline needing a lift. I don't have much sag but my nipples sit low in my opinion. I'd love to not get a lift but curious what someone thinks! I don't want large implants and hoping to stay around 235-275cc with an areola reduction.

I think your goals are reasonable. By doing an areolar reduction at the same time (or at a later stage), you are able to change the position of the areola slightly. With 235-375cc implants, there would ideally be a distance of about 6 or 7 centimeters between the nipple and the inframammary fold. For sake of example, if you were do an areolar reduction in which the the areola is reduced to 4 centimeters in diameter, that means the distance from the center of the nipple to the bottom of the reduced areola is 2 centimeters. In order to get that 6 or 7 centimeter length with the areolar reduction, you will need about 4 or 5 centimeters of native breast skin measured from the bottom of the areola currently to the inframammary fold.
If the distance between the bottom of the areola and the inframammary fold is currently less than 4 or 5 centimeters, you could stage the procedures. Doing the augmentation first would then allow the skin of the lower pole of the breast to stretch out, and then the areolar reduction can be completed more reliably.
