My shed was VERY high for only the first few mos of hair loss, then leveled off eventually to around 150-200 hairs/a day, with random spikes of higher losses. Is this shed still too high to regain any density? I'm now in my 23rd month of loss. I saw regrowth after about 1 yr, but now trending to diffuse thinning all over the head again, with no obvious AGA pattern. I've read CTE reaches a setpoint & remains there. Does that mean it never ends & hair does not recover original very thick density?

Yes, eating disorders can cause hair loss. Hair growth requires nutrician from proteins and vitamins. If someone is deficient in their caloric intake, then this can cause hair loss. This is most likely reversible with resuming a healthy, balanced diet.
First one needs to get the right diagnosis, then a decision can be made regarding treatment. Both medications have been used to treat localized hair loss. You need to be seen and evaluated by a dermatologist.
Not everyone will grow out a full beard, this is an individual trait. You can ask your father what his facial hair appearance was at age 18. This will give you a better idea of what to expect. At age 18, I would not offer a beard hair transplant.
