Does clenching kill fat transfer cells of BBL?!

Hi! If the fat is injected in the "safe space" subcutaneous space, theoretically it shouldn't be compressed when you clench the muscle. I would advise to try to avoid it just in case, but I don't think it'll significantly impact your results ;)

fat viability depends a lot of surgeon technique. The fat has to be placed back into the buttocks as soon as possible so that it has a greater chance of survival. It has to be placed carefully so that not too much fat is placed in only one area.

Hi! No, clenching your glutes can not kill the adipose / fat cells cells. Because fat cells are placed on the plan on the muscle, not inside the muscle. It doesn't effect your negatively. Best regards.

Thanks for the question. I doubt any physical buttock action can harm healed transferred fat grafts. But the interstitial pressure that could harm fat cells is over 9 mmHg. Hope that helps?

Clenching your buttocks for several seconds (or even minutes) will not affect the viability of the transferred fat. Prolonged pressure from sitting will limit some of the blood supply and cause more fat to be absorbed.

In the end there are really only two variables that determine results and whether they are quality or not.
The first is the patient candidacy for the procedure for both Liposuction and Fat transfer
What you do after is fairly irrelevant compared to those two primary variables.
Patients are either a good candidate for the procedure or they’re not and they either choose the right surgeon or they don’t.
