It doesn't happen often, but sometimes a nerve can be weak for a few weeks after any deep heating treatment such as laser, ultrasound or radiofrequency. The nerve function will slowly return.
If your facial asymmetry is truly due to Ultherapy treatment then it is most likely neuropraxia which generally recovers within 3 weeks but would benefit from corticosteroids in the early stages. Posting a random picture as a pre-operative state is not helpful as your doctor would have take pictures of your face before and after treatment to detect any pre-existing asymmetry relevant to this treatment. Also beware that not all "ultherapy" is real Ultherapy as there are many imitation and dangerous machines being sold to some physicians by online marketers (mostly from china) which are being marketed by the doctor as "Ultherapy". Always insist on seeing the mating and asking for the serial number. If your doctor is not listed on the Ultherapy website as a provider, then its either not the real machine or purchased on secondary market with no inspection and maintenance by the company.
