My left eye is smaller after 3 months medication from an infection. What should i do? (photos)

Last oct.2014 my right eye was infected with chlorine. It got irritated and visited the doctor after 2 weeks. Took medication for 10 days. After a week the infection came back and both eyes are reddish. I took again 7 days antibiotics. After 2 months ivenoticed my left eye is smaller especially when i took photos and sometimes i see blurred views especially in hot areas. Help pls.
