I had a seroma after my rhinoplasty the doctor advise me to have the implant remove but I'm running out of time

I have to go back to my work until now I keep on draining the fluid and I take antibiotics to prevent infection.Is there anyway I can do.Please help me.Thanks in advance.

It is unusual to have a headache more than 2 weeks after nasal trauma.  Consult with a Plastic Surgeon as soon as possible for an exam.

Yes, I think you should return to your original surgeon or see another one, you should be much more asymptomatic than you describe
