I had a seroma after my rhinoplasty the doctor advise me to have the implant remove but I'm running out of time

It is unusual to have a headache more than 2 weeks after nasal trauma.  Consult with a Plastic Surgeon as soon as possible for an exam.

4 weeks post op is still too early to determine how your nose will look once it is fully healed.  Like previously stated below, the tip of the nose is the area that remains swollen the longest following an open rhinoplasty.  Try to be patient as you continue to heal.Mark Petroff, MD., FACS
