If your implant is continuing to be problematic with fluid accumulation and drainage then it is probably best to have it removed. Chances of an infection developing with persistent drainage is high which will cause more problems. I would return to your plastic surgeon and follow their recommendations before you have more problems related to the implant. Best of luck.
