thank you for posting your question. I agree, a subtle elevation of the eyebrow while simultanously maintaining the shape of the eyebrow, would be beneficial. Eyebrow aesthetics differ in men. Applying principles and techniques that are commonly used in women, would lead to a feminized appearance, which most men are not aiming for. Scars of an endoscopic brow lift, although they are usually short, can be of concern with a receeding hairline. A direct brow lift might be a solution. The scar is often nearly invisible in some patients, but not everyone is a candidate for it. There might be another solution for you to consider. The Gliding brow lift uses tiny scars hidden in the hairline, which are not stigmatizing even with a receeding hairline. Hello, hope you are well. You are certainly a candidate for a brow lift. There are advantages and disadvantages to each of the common methods. Most surgeons, myself included, would probably recommend an endoscopic brow lift technique because you are relatively young, the incisions are small and easily concealed behind the hairline, and it can provide a great result. A direct brow lift is an option, but the scars are often visible and conspicuous, even when the procedure is executed perfectly.
