I am thinking about rhinoplasty. I want a Scarlett Johansson type of nose. Would that compliment my face structure? (Photo)

Hello,Your nose and face already have many elements of Scarlett's nose and face. I think it would work well. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons (or AAFPRS equivalent) who specialize in rhinoplasty. Photographic simulation is essential to determine and communicate your goal appearance on your face. Best of luck!

first of all why do you want to look like Scarlett Johansson.  I think you’re much prettier.  Also, you don’t show any side views which would be helpful in determining  whether you are a good candidate for surgery.

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.   Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Rhinoplasty for reduction of the bulbous tip etc. Your tip is quite bulbous and can be reduced but not pinched if done by a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. See several whose noses you like and are natural nose results. 

A rhinoplasty can dramatically change the way your face appears in person and in photos. The nasal base and tip can be refined for a more feminine and elegant look. It is best to have an in-office examination to evaluate the structural and functional anatomy of your nose. It is most important that changing the shape will not disturb and may hopefully even improve the function before deciding on a rhinoplasty to slim and refine the nose. Hope this helps!Johnson C.
