First of all my training in Israel so hello. You need a master plan To correct this massive amount of hair loss. The first thing I would consider is finasteride 1 mg daily to stop or halt your hair loss or slow it down, and revive the wispy hair is that are on their way out. Then I would opt for it fue large session to knock out the front door third dense packing the hairline etc. etc. and then come back 3 to 6 months later and check the crown with the large session. You may need a third if you need to fill-in any densities that were less than other areas. We do this type of surgery all the time and has become the norm for us.

The "chances of having a great FUE" result is based on finding a great surgeon and having good communications with your surgeon so you achieve realistic expectations.

The honest answer is that if you want a “full” head of hair with density that is very unrealistic.Donor supply and future hair loss have to be factored in,and you are only 26.SMP might be a good alternative.

You are having grade 6 baldness at a very young age. It is possible that your baldness may increase over a period of time. Thus, you must keep that in mind whenever you plan for a hair transplant surgery. Regarding the coverage of the bald area, it may need two to three sessions of surgery with hair from scalp and body to cover this much large area. It will be better to meet a local hair transplant surgeon and to make a plan combining both transplant and medications.
Answer
FUE, with even the best donor hair will not cover with any reasonable density. Even strip harvesting will not yield enough. You have from your photos a large area and if your expectations are to cover the whole area with better that 50% density I would not recommend surgery. Look at what the anti-adrogen drugs can do first. Hope this helps.
Answer
I would want to examine your fringe area to make sure that you are indeed a Class 6 pattern. Then I would want to know your donor density and build a plan for you with possibly hair transplants and maybe SMP if needed for a final touch-up. See an article I wrote on combining FUE and SMP below
