Before a year, I was really fat kid. 200 lbs weight, 5'4 height. I did some serious change, 140 lbs weight and 8% bodyfat, at age of 17. I had a firm 6-pack, but also some loose skin, so I had a tummy tuck surgery, and now (1 month after) It's still swelling, and I can't even see a sign about my 6-pack, which I started to see even when I was 14% bodyfat. I'm really scared that my 6-pack is gone forever.
