I had my consultation with Dr.Steven Montante and to say it went awesome would be an understatement. I heard good reviews but had no idea how cool and comfortable he made me. I just knew he was the one kinda like when I met my husband lol so I will be scheduling my surgery as soon as they email me the quote. He is confident that I will have good results. Also, he wanted me to be aware he is going to pull everything tight but that is exactly what I want!!! I'm super excited and can't wait!!!!!! I just recieved a breast augmentation from Montante and not only was it the best experience, I got the best results from his trademark techniques. Dr. Montante is the only plastic surgeon that does this special technique- inserting the implant under the facia tissue. This tissue from my knowledge is above the muscle but under the Breast tissue. I will let him go into more detail; however I’m here to tell you that this is the best way to do an implant. I had no actual “pain” during recovery. Recovery consisted of a deep but super manageable soreness. I didn’t have to take a single pain killer. After the initial 3 days that the Anastesia is still in your system, I felt normal again. Awake an coherent. Sleeping more than usual and still a little sore but really mostly just relaxing with minimum movement. At day five i was trying on all my clothes :). At week 2 they are set in place and soft again. Acting like more “normal” breast tissue. All my clothes look way cuter and I feel more feminine than ever. I no longer have to find and wear pushup bras to try and help fill out what was missing. As a female, it’s life changing. Also do to this placement of implant, my breasts will never “jump around” however they do have a perfect natural movement. In fact I don’t even have to wear a bra if I don’t want to. It’s incredible. And because no muscle tissue was touched I will have no problem working out etc after a full 6 weeks of healing time. This method is perfect for every female but also is perfect for females with an active lifestyle. I can’t say enough how happy I am. Everything couldn’t have worked out better. I am so very thankful!!

I recently had breast augmentation and lift by Dr. Montante and I could not have asked for a better experience. He, Shelley and his nurses and staff are like family and you feel it once you walk through the doors. My surgery outcome was even better then expected and they were available for every single question I had no matter what and always with a hug. My friends comment that my recovery in 3 months looks MUCH MUCH better then other friends at a year or later. You can barely see any scarring because of Dr. Montante’s recovery plan. It’s Amazing!!

Dr Montante, Shelly, and the whole staff were wonderful! I had a breast reduction and lift and I couldn’t be happier! The results are so natural looking - while shopping for after surgery bras I was told by the saleswoman (who sees a lot of boobies) that she was really impressed with the work. The after care was awesome too. While you’re going through the process they feel more like friends than staff. I am a huge fan!!!
