I got rib graft rhinoplasty 2 years ago. Since this procedure I started snoring. Prior to this, I never snored. I understand snoring is normal during the healing process, but it has been 2 years post op and I am continuing to snore and I wake up tired and is affecting my life. My weight hasn't changed or I don't have any medical issues. This snoring literally started the day I got rhinoplasty and has continued since. What changed or what could have happened?

Scar tissue begins to form around the implant in just a few weeks. As far as the difficulty smiling it might be due to the implant. If you have an L shaped implant it often does what you describe .
