How long does it take for scar tissue to form around a silicone implant in the nose?

Hello, I have a couple things I’m curious about: 1. How long does it take for scar tissue to form around a silicon implant in the nose? 2. Is it normal for the upper lip to be stiff one month post op + feel resistance in the nose and be unable to smile properly? 3. Will the bridge of the nose be hard after a silicone implant is inserted? Will it grow softer over time? 4. Will you be able to wear glasses / heavy sunglasses on the nose after the silicon is inserted?
