I currently have a very full face, high cheek bones, middle eastern eyes, larger nose, overall prominent facial features, much like Kim Kardashian before all of her surgeries. I am getting a nose job in less than two weeks and wanted to fix my jawline as the same time since i will already be in the hospital and have taken time off from work. My question is, can I obtain the same type of enhanced jawline like Angelina Jolie through simple liposuction or will i need more?

Answer: Chin augmentation Thank you for the photos though a full examination aided by digital photos would be more helpful to show exactly what changes might bring about the best aesthetic result. That sId from the one side view it would appear you would benefit from chin augmentationDr Corbin

Answer: Chin implant and rhinoplasty Your profile picture is not clear however it shows that you are possibly a candidate for chin augmentation. You may be a candidate for some sub-mental liposuction under the chin to further accentuate your jawline however it is difficult to tell in these photos. Speak with your surgeon prior to surgery and discuss both of these procedures that you are considering and he/she will let you know if you are a candidate. These procedures can be done in conjunction with your rhinoplasty. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
