Your chin lacks the proper projection and chin augmentation surgery would bring your features into better harmony creating a more masculine profile. Unless you need your teeth removed for some dental problems you are having I would not suggest teeth removal. Answer: Do I have a receded chin? Will getting a chin implant or 4 teeth extracted help improve my profile? You did not state which teeth. If they are molars, you may consider it. But, if they are any other teeth, I say do not remove your teeth unless there is a real reason. As you age, your face will hollow and having 4 permanent teeth removed will accentuate that hollowness. You do need a chin implant. If you place your finger from your lip straight down, your chin should touch your finger. Yours is far back. A chin implant will balance the lower half of your face by projecting the chin forward.

But, if they are any other teeth, I say do not remove your teeth unless there is a real reason. As you age, your face will hollow and having 4 permanent teeth removed will accentuate that hollowness.
