you can see the holes from the front, I had a really nice nose before surgery, but I had really bad issues breathin, so I had to do a functional surgery, and I also opted for them to lift the tip a little more. I didn't experience any brushing around the eyes, or much swelling really. I like the side, but the front looks like a pig :/

Answer: Concerns of Piggy Nose Dear vmoredone, You are early in the post operative recovery phase and I would suggest that you allow some time for healing to determine your post operative result. It is difficult to make a comment regarding the surgery without a pre-operative photograph for comparison as well. See your surgeon for a follow up appointment and hopefully he.she can bring you some peace of mind and walk you through the recovery stage. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.

Answer: Piggy Nose Hi. Thanks for the question. You are still very early Post Op and the swelling may last for months. Most likely your tip will drop as the swelling goes down. As difficult as it may be try to be patient and stay positive. In the meantime see your surgeon regularly and keep track of the progress. Best of luck!
