I have a piggy nose after surgery. I am about 3 weeks post-op. Is there something to make my holes not look so huge? (photo)

you can see the holes from the front, I had a really nice nose before surgery, but I had really bad issues breathin, so I had to do a functional surgery, and I also opted for them to lift the tip a little more. I didn't experience any brushing around the eyes, or much swelling really. I like the side, but the front looks like a pig :/

It looks as though the nasolabial angle has indeed been increased more than desired. However, it's only been 3 weeks since your surgery so a lot of things can change as the swelling subsides. This is a case where you would need to follow up with your surgeon as it is difficult to make an opinion on this not knowing what your nose looked like prior to your surgery.

You are still very early out from surgery so there is still a lot of swelling present.  Allow some more time for swelling to resolve.  If you still have concerns, I recommend you discuss with your surgeon.

You are early in the healing phase and swelling after rhinoplasty can take months to a year to fully resolve. If your tip remains a bit over-rotated upward it can likely be corrected with a small revision procedure later.

It is difficult to make a comment regarding the surgery without a pre-operative photograph for comparison as well. Hi.  Thanks for the question.  You are still very early Post Op and the swelling may last for months.  Most likely your tip will drop as the swelling goes down.  As difficult as it may be try to be patient and stay positive.  In the meantime see your surgeon regularly and keep track of the progress.  Best of luck!
