I am wanting to improve my facial profile without having to undergo Rhinoplasty. What are some other aesthic procedures that could help improve or balance out my nose to the rest of my face, especially with re; to left side profile (rather happy with frontal).

Answer: Improving facial profile I'd say a rhinoplasty would get you the most bang for your buck. If you didn't want a rhinoplasty I'd consider jaw implants. Hard to say with the photos but your right jaw looks stronger than your left jaw. If there was an asymmetry I would think about building up the left side the match the right.

Answer: Profile correction in profile view, you have very adequate chin projection but your nose has a very slight hump and it is definitely over rotated which makes it look too short for your face and it would look especially short if you are a relatively tall individual. There is no Jon surgical way other than a Rhinoplasty to improve your profile. You need a small hump removal and a causal extension graft to make your nose appear less rotated and slightly longer.
