I am 5 months post op -1600 grafts. I am not happy with the way it is going. They refused to transplant any hair in the temples as they said I am too young (31). I am going to be left with a great forelock but with very receded temple points. Any advice? Should I get a second transplant to fill in the temples a bit elsewhere? I am also on finasteride and Regaine and feel like I am maintaining what I have got. They also charged me £7.50 a graft which is very expensive.

Hello and thank yo for your question. Personally I have never had a patient on methotrexate while getting a hair transplant. That being said, I dont know of any negative interactions that would occur. I would talk to the surgeon who will be doing your transplant for his/her opinion. Best wishes....
