I had surgery nearly two years ago. I'm quite unhappy about the results, my nose is still crooked and my understanding is my surgeon just centralized the tip of my nose to make it appear more straight. I forked out for the procedure out of my own pocket and my surgeon wishes for me to take out health insurance and apply for a readjustment a couple of years down the line. Am I entitled to a refund, either full or partial? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. TIA Shaun

Thank you for your question. You are very early in your healing process and are likely experiencing some swelling and bruising, which are natural at this point in your recovery. It is unlikely that a pillow caused damage, but it is impossible to know without an in-person consultation. I suggest...
A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish straightening the crooked nose. This will involve osteotomies placed in the nasal bones and usually a spreader graft placed on the concave side. For many examples and more information.

This seems to be pigmentation and would be made worse by sunlight and even lasers. An OTC skin lightening cream and sun protection should help. All The Best !
