I'm looking for options for hemosiderin staining after rhinoplasty, any suggestions? (Photo)

I’m a 30 year Caucasian (German/ Italian background) female about 8 months post rhinoplasty. I suffered from pretty severe bruising post op, most concentrated around my tear trough area. I have tried a few different treatments to try and resolve it (4 IPLs, 3 clear and brilliant, Rx 4% Hydroquinone, and 1 picosure treatment), all with limited success. I’m afraid I’ve actually made it worse! Will this really resolve on its own? Is there any treatment that will remove this stubborn pigment?
