I’m a 30 year Caucasian (German/ Italian background) female about 8 months post rhinoplasty. I suffered from pretty severe bruising post op, most concentrated around my tear trough area. I have tried a few different treatments to try and resolve it (4 IPLs, 3 clear and brilliant, Rx 4% Hydroquinone, and 1 picosure treatment), all with limited success. I’m afraid I’ve actually made it worse! Will this really resolve on its own? Is there any treatment that will remove this stubborn pigment?

This seems to be pigmentation and would be made worse by sunlight and even lasers. An OTC skin lightening cream and sun protection should help. All The Best !

First of all you should quit laser treatment, that area should be protected from the sun, it needs to be well covered.
Healing process needs to be completed, it requires one year period.
