My nose looks big some days and others not. Why is this?

I don’t just mean slightly, I mean a lot. I’ve searched up and down the internet and have found no answer. This really effects me. On the days it’s big I just see red and am angry. Also usually get treated different to when my nose is not big. Please this is affecting my life. I cut people off because of it. The doctor to answer my question I’ll be happy to send my pictures to you of what exactly I am talking about, I just don't want my face plastered all over the internet and stuff is all please need help

I totally see this how effects your life, because it is connected to social life,
However, without detailed photos  we can not commet, it is better to have more photos even a video

Thank you for your question.
There are couple of details that we need to know before your concerns can be addressed. Firstly, how long back was the surgery done? It takes several months for the swelling to go down and it is usually worse in the morning. Secondly, did you have redness of your nose or reaction to food or medicines before you had the procedure? You can have sebaceous hyperplasia or rosacea but that should not have started after the procedure. All The Best !
