I was wondering if it were possible to have a breast lift on only one side? I really love the size and shape of my right breast but my left breast hangs a bit lower and slightly out to the side :( would this be cheaper than getting both lifted?

Answer: One-sided breast lift Hi there and thanks for your question! Yes, it is possible to get one breast lifted while not lifting the other. This is very common among patients who are asymmetric. I suggest seeing an experienced plastic surgeon to determine whether you are a good candidate for a one-sided lift . Best of luck!

Answer: Breast asymmetry Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your description, you may benefit from a breast lift on your left breast only. This can be designed to result in an improved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scar appearance. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
