Question

Will this make my shoulders appear larger? I feel so Top Heavy right now and things won't fit my upper body that fit my lower body just fine. I just don't want to look not proportionate.

From your description it sounds like you benefit from a breast reduction, which removes excess breast tissue and elevates nipple-areola complexes. The end result is smaller perkier breasts. A breast lift and reduction shouldn't make your shoulder look larger after surgery. If your large breasts are causing neck or back pain, that will decrease with a reduction. We recommend scheduling a consultation with your plastic surgeon for an examination and to address all of your concerns.

If you feel top heavy, and are an F cup it sounds like you will benefit from a breast reduction.  You will also get a breast lift at the same time, but some breast tissue will be removed as well, making your cup size smaller and relieving neck and shoulder strain.   This is one of my specialties and women always look thinner after a breast reduction.  They feel better too and are able to exercise more comfortably.  Good luck!

Most patients feel their shoulders look bigger with larger breasts so I doubt that proportionately reducing them would create any issue like that.

I really don't think that will be an issue. My reduction patients regularly comment on how many of their friends and aquaintances tell them they look like they lost weight after their surgery.
