I'm 14 and my areola is nearly the same color as my breast and looks like it doesn't have an areola at all. Any suggestions?

Im 14 and my aeriola is nearly the same colour as my breast and like it doesnt look like i have an aeriola at all, i have a nipple but its very light and im very pale skinned but im really self comsciese and i dont kmow why, just incase i ever get into a relataionship in the future and im self conscious of it, is there any ways i could make the, darker or more visible naturally, it would be a great help
