Should I get my third nipple removed?

I love myself a lot but when it comes to my third nipple no I want it off ! But I've heard in some cases it leaves really noticeable scaring ? Is that true & it looks so painful by the way I'm a 14 girl

Thanks for your question.  It looks like you are coming along nicely with the hormones. Although you could try to enlarge the areolas by excising a circle of skin circumferentially, I think that his could leave you with an unacceptable scar.  If you are continuing to grow, I would wait...
