I am 34 and competed in bodybuilding requiring weight fluctuations that I feel aged my face and neck. I have had a Halo treatment 5 years ago, and Fraxel 1 year ago. I also get platysma botox starting 3 years ago. I have used tretinoin for about 5 years on my neck and face. I feel that botox and fillers have helped with the aging in my face but I haven't seen improvement in my neck. Would a mini neck lift be my best option even though i'm in my early 30s?

Based on the only one posted photo, I would avoid a Z plasty on the external neck because of the scar potential. I would do a mini skin only neck revision on that side fees run from $5000-$10,000. Best of virtual consult
