It depends on what you mean by a "mini neck lift" vs a "full neck lift" but you almost certainly need a neck lift if not also at least a lower face lift if not a little higher. Hard to tell from the photos. This means at least one incision in the center under the chin and then some incisions to some degree behind or wrapping around your ear.

I would recommend skin resurfacing of the face/neck/chest at the same time for an additional $5000. Then you would look awesome!

With this procedure incisions are created behind the ears so that the skin can be re-draped, and the excess is removed. Non-surgical treatments will be disappointing.
