Will one session of a BBL be enough? (Photo)

These photos are unrealistic expectations, and probably represent Photoshopped photos anyway. Even if they were "real," they represent a truly minuscule proportion of the adult female population, and your anatomy will not allow this with implants plus fat grafts, whether one or two sessions. Sorry, but someone has to tell you the truth rather than what you want to hear.It's not about having adequate fat to transfer, it's about doing it in a way that keeps it alive. Implants are a good choice for definite volume increase, but even with successful fat grafts covering the area, will never feel 100% "natural!" I can guarantee that you will be an unhappy patient if you believe much of what you see and read about BBL, and if your present expectations are not lowered to more realistic ones. Best wishes! Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Hi, thanks for your inquiry and for the pictures. Although you might have enough fat and the implants will assist to get  more volume, it seems (needed to be examined physically) that your buttocks skin is tight in order to receive so much amount of volume. That would lead to complications like poor blood flow, stretch marks, and less percentage of fat survival. Please make sure that you and your surgeon are on the same page and discuss thoroughly all your concerns, options and expectations. The wish photos are unrealistic. (May be photoshoped).  You may benefit from the liposuction to contour the body and the buttock area. Transfer that fat to the buttocks, Then re-assess the results and your expectations. You may need a buttock implant to achieve the results you desire.All this need thorough discussion and planning with the surgeon. Good execution of the procedure and excellence in performing the procedure is paramount for the success of the surgery and avoiding disappointments.
