To evaluate the form or shape of chin it is necessary to see different views of the chin. Standard photo views are front, lateral (left and right) and oblique (left and right)

I'd suggest starting with cephalometric analysis of your face.  The photo was not a true lateral but it does appear as if you have a prominent chin.  You can reduce the chin with a scarless intraoral incision and burring down the mentum.  

It's difficult to tell from your pictures. Chin liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. This will remove excess fat and stimulate the skin to contract over time which will improve angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation who can go over this procedure to determine if it will achieve your desired results and the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps!
