Hello i am 6 month post op after having a but lift. I was wondering if the fish oil with omega 3 would ruin my results or anything with vitamin e?

Hi there and thanks for your question!  Although I recommend continuing to follow up with your plastic surgeon and asking his/her opinion as every PS has a different protocol, at six months post op you should be able to go back to your normal routine/diet/exercise without any problems.  Hope this helps and best of luck!

At 6 months months post op you should be clear to go back to your fish oil with omega 3, I would recommend you consult this with your PS.

why do you think eating a piece  of salmon would change your results?As you have heard it will not.
