Although I recommend continuing to follow up with your plastic surgeon and asking his/her opinion as every PS has a different protocol, at six months post op you should be able to go back to your normal routine/diet/exercise without any problems. At 6 months months post op you should be clear to go back to your fish oil with omega 3, I would recommend you consult this with your PS.
