While on leave for BBL procedure, could I qualify for sick leave being that it is a surgery with required downtime?

I currently work in a factory and would need at least a month off before preforming my job. I would like to not use all of my vacation time for this.

Hello thank you for your question and provided information as well...the ideal would be to wait for the full 6 months from now that the body is again hormonally regularized, since pregnancies do not matter the time, the body changes every day and accommodates the body for gestation.
