My BBL is gross. Is this fixable? (Photo)

I had my surgery almost two years ago. I have a dent is this fixable? Do i need another surgery or can it get fixed with exercise help

Thank you for your question. It is best to be seen in person to be 
properly evaluated, however with that said based on the photos alone, it appears you would be able to fix the indention with a small fat transfer to that area. I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon in 
person so they may better go over the procedures to help you achieve the
 aesthetic results you desire. Good luck!

Dear Mariana93,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination but based on your photo, it looks fixable. You will most likely need a small fat transfer in order to fill the dent.
