Brazilian butt lift post-op questions for sleeping and sitting positions. Experiencing incision pain.

Day 5 Post Op I am worried i am not sleeping correctly. I wake up very sore and swollen. I fall sleep laying on my belly on a body pillow and usually wake up off of it on my side. I cant find any way comfortable to sit up at all! I have memory foam pillows and a noodle provided by my surgeon but I dont think they are suffice. My incisons are tight, stretched and burn. My faja is VERY TIGHT but I remain in it as directed. My butt cheeks dont entirely fit through the holes & its leaving indintions
