Will Adderall have a negative or dangerous effect during BBL surgery?

Are there serious risks to not stopping certain meds entirely before surgery? I am having my BBL in 2 days. I take adderall daily, I have an incredibly hard time functioning at work without it. Although I have lowered my daily dosage, I have not stopped completely.

Adderall is not typically associated with adverse side effects from surgery. You should be fine if you continue taking your medication in the days leading up to and immediately following your procedure.Be sure to let your board-certified plastic surgeon know about your medication use before yourprocedure. Thank you for your question. You should not have to lower your dosage as this should not interfere with your procedure. However, I recommend speaking to your plastic surgeon for specific pre op instructions.
