Will Adderall have a negative or dangerous effect during BBL surgery?

Are there serious risks to not stopping certain meds entirely before surgery? I am having my BBL in 2 days. I take adderall daily, I have an incredibly hard time functioning at work without it. Although I have lowered my daily dosage, I have not stopped completely.
