Experiences with 650cc silicone implants - long term effects on my back and potentially causing more sagging? (Photos)

I had my consultation and about to schedule. I know I have plenty of time before I have to finalize my implant sizes, but want some additional perspective. I am getting a revision to increase volume and minor lift after 2 pregnancies (will have no others). I got 325cc silicone moderate plus sub muscular in 2019. My doctor did my measurements and agreed I could go higher in implant size to add volume and lift, while also go wider to a 14 inch implant to accommodate space and pocket (current are 12 inches and narrow in my chest as I have broad shoulders). Based on my measurements, I tried a 325 implant over my breasts and liked the look, though am wondering if I should go a little smaller. My concern and question is, what are experiences with 650cc silicone implants? I know they are heavier, so worry about the weight long term on my back but all potentially causing more sagging over time. I do weightlift for strength training, however I have omitted chest workouts frequently. Would chest workouts once fully healed help keep the implants up in the pec? Thanks in advance!
