Will filler help to make my cheekbones "pop" like they used to? (Photo)

My face has changed over the years. It looks sunk/smushed in from the side. I have smile lines/folds from smiling. However I look mean:mad when I’m smiling. What can help to make my cheekbones “pop” like they used to and keep me from looking tired and mad all the time?
