After my second round of tear trough filler these dents formed under my eyes. They’re especially prominent when I smile. My current injector tried dissolving some of the filler but the dents are still there. I think it’s the filler placement/interaction with the ligaments under my eyes. Does anyone have experience fixing this specific issue & getting rid of these dents? How did you do it? Injectors I have spoken with are not giving me confidence they can fix it.
