I am 57. I have scheduled a facelift with a very reputable plastic surgeon in May. He also wants to address "hollowness" under my eyes that also bothers me. He proposes to do a lower blepharoplasty, with lateral canthoplasty and fat grafting at the same time. I understand that few people are complaining that they ended up with distortions, uneven eyes and few had the actual eye shape also changed Is this procedure too radical in my case, am I a good candidate? Thank you all
