Can the nose be higher after surgery without an implant or a graft? Is my nose pinched and can it lowered and fuller? (Photo)

I had an ethnic rhinoplasty exactly 2 years ago. My results are not favorable as it appears I lost the ethnic look to my nose. The PS had said he would honor my wish to not lift the tip because after an office demonstration of what that might look like I'd said no way. He said he'd narrow the upper and middle part of my nose. But right after I new he'd done something to the front because of notril show. My best friend walked right past me.
