Thank you for pics.  You appear to be a good candidate.  We use NeoGraft, an automated FUE which avoids a linear scar.  Roughly 1500 grafts should cover your region of concern.  We charge up to $7.00 a graft.

There are no alternative to Propecia (finasteride) if you are having side effects.  If you have side effects, it is best you discuss this with your doctor for other treatment options such as topical minoxidil.

You can hide donor scar with scalp micropigmentation SMP. See video of how it looks after SMP. It is a non surgical procedure.FUE still leaves a scar and SMP can hide FUE scar as well.  It does not matter if FUE was ARTAS robot or Neograft or Manual or Drill
