Hair fall after 10 months of FUE hair transplant. Is it OK??

In late December, 2014, I had FUE hair transplant of 2500 hair grafts. Due to some office problems, I am having some stress (normal tension) and facing hair fall of my transplanted hairs. Every 2nd day when I use shampoo, 12-15 hairfall and on daily basis whn moving my hands on my hair, again I get 10-12 hair on my hands. Is it normal? I want to ask if these hair will come back. What can I do to stop this hairfall. Can I use medications for temporary basis. Im still using Minoxidil 5%. thanks

You need to see your doctor for a recheck.  After 10 to 11 months your transplanted hair should have grown in .  If you are continuing to have hair loss then it may be your genetically susceptible non-transplanted hair.  See your doctor if you are worried about this.

You should do everything you can to try to reduce any further hair loss.  You should continue minoxidil, consider Propecia, and strongly consider cellular therapy such as PRP.  PRP has been shown to slow hair loss and stimulate growth.  However, it is important to be sure to have an adequate preparation of PRP.  I recommend 4-6x concentration of platelets.
