I'm 6 and a half months post fue and I have a small patch of hair that has little to no hair growing from it

Its is on the front of the hairline and is in the rough shape of the letter "M" I am worried that this patch is lagging so far behind the rest of my hair as this has all grown in at the same time

You mean strangers reply to you quicker than your own doctor?  That does not sound right.  If you pulled out the grafts my mistake you cannot do much about it after the fact.  If you are concerned about future issues, make an appointment to see your doctor for a recheck.
