Question

I did read a lot about how gently should I be when I am washing my head a and clean the hair transplanted area but today I have applied some pressure to remove the scabs all looks alright a part from one area I can see fresh blood around some grafts please refer to the photo I have attached... I have asked my doctor but he takes fees days to replay and I am worried if I lost the grafts

You mean strangers reply to you quicker than your own doctor?  That does not sound right.  If you pulled out the grafts my mistake you cannot do much about it after the fact.  If you are concerned about future issues, make an appointment to see your doctor for a recheck.

At this point it is safe to return to your normal routine and wash your hair more aggressively.  The scabs should be falling off around two weeks time.

I wrote a scientific paper on when pulling out grafts would cause graft loss after a hair transplant. What I concluded is that if the grafts are pulled out after 2 weeks when any crusts remain, there is risk of loss, but if all of the crusts are gone, usually the grafts are secure. If you have bleeding from one graft area as it appears in the photo, I would not worry about it, but if you do, go back to your doctor and ask.
