I did a surgery for gynecomastia a year ago, but I am unhappy with my results as I fell asymmetry between my chest and abdomen surfaces. And also fat grows over sides of chest. Please give me a better advice how to deal with it. If I am going for surgery again then it will look cosmetically better or not?
