Thank you for your question and photos. If you had asymmetry before surgery then you will have it after surgery as well. Asymmetry is common in men. I would advise you to follow up with your surgeon with any further concerns.

Thank you for your question and photos your provided! Every man has some level of asymmetry between the left and right sides of his chest. Post op asymmetry is best recognized with before and after photos, so it is difficult to say for sure with just your post op photos here. I would head back to the plastic surgeon who performed your procedure and speak with him/her and move through your progress photos. Some patients have asymmetry before surgery they never noticed! It does appear that your scars are dark, thick and raised. They could be keloids which can be treated in a multitude of ways such as kenalog injection.
